The Other Side Village

Set within a walkable, community-focused neighborhood in Salt Lake City, The Other Side Village provides permanent supportive housing for individuals rebuilding their lives after homelessness. Irontown Modular contributed a duplex and a distinctive fourplex that blend lasting quality with inviting, livable design. Each home feels personal and complete, offering privacy, warmth, and connection in equal measure. When residents first moved into the Village, Irontown’s fourplex was the first building fully occupied—a true reflection of its comfort and craftsmanship. The project stands as a model for dignified, human-centered housing that restores stability, purpose, and belonging.
