Modular Home Delivery

Building modular homes in a factory and then delivering them to locations a few states away can be difficult. Modular home delivery can be an intricate process that is quite amazing.

Modular Home Delivery

While all of our homes are built in Utah, not all of them are delivered here. Many are in California, which means we’ve got a long way to take them once each section of the home is complete.

A lot of our customers choose modular building because they live in tight spots where construction would impede traffic and their neighbors for months at a time.

We can cut down that construction time to just a few days in many circumstances. However, getting there is not always the easiest.

Our modules can be up to 40 feet long and take some maneuvering to get up a street.

To do this, we have a smaller truck carrying the module with a movable hitch that allows us to make tighter turns. We obviously need to take it slow and find routes that we can fit.

If necessary, we can take cranes, once we get to our destination, to help hoister up the modules to higher ground. The process can be time-consuming but more effective than bringing tons of trucks and supplies in for several months during construction.

Modular home delivery may always be easy, but it’s worth it to get a beautiful, custom home that is cost-effective and ecologically friendly.
